These conditions govern your use of the Brothers IT PLC marketplace.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Brothers IT PLC, you agree to these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The Marketplace
Brothers IT PLC is a marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers. Products are listed and sold by those sellers; Brothers IT PLC facilitates discovery, ordering, and payment but is not the manufacturer of the listed products unless stated otherwise.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Orders & Payments
Prices are shown in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). Placing an order creates a request to purchase from the relevant seller. Payments are processed securely through Chapa. An order is confirmed once payment is verified. Pending orders may be cancelled before payment.
5. Sellers
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, stock availability, fulfilment, and compliance with applicable law. Seller accounts are subject to review and approval.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt the service, infringing others' rights, or using it for unlawful purposes.
7. Changes
We may update these conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated conditions.
